What to do with knee pain
A common runners injury is the ‘runners knee’.
If you are experiencing ‘knee pain’ does this mean that your running career is over? Absolutely not! It just means that you need to start focusing more on these tips and to also start incorporating more strength training into your schedule.
One little trick that I also teach my athletes is to do this little dance every time that you are brushing your teeth (that’s why it’s called the ‘toothbrush dance’). It might seem ridiculous, but I have been doing this dance for years and never have I had injured knees. So worth to give it a try I would say, no? 😉
