Mobility for runners

Mobility training is essential for runners to improve flexibility, range of motion, and joint stability, ultimately enhancing running performance, reducing the risk of injuries, and promoting overall physical well-being. Mobility training can also be done before strength training to provide for a wider range of motion and therefore better performance.

I personally prefer to do this before I got to bed, because it helps me relax my muscles and therefore improve my sleep (= recovery). However, this is a personal preference and for everyone it’s a little different ☺️
