If you are reading this means that you have successfully enrolled in my coaching platform, congratulations!

Now, to get started I would advise you to watch this video because it gives a little bit more information about Coachbox, the training software that we will be using.

I would like to ask you to leave a comment after each training about how it went. That way I can monitor how you feel during the workouts and we can make more progress together. 

In the beginning your workouts are not that long/intensive, because I first want to see how your body reacts to this kind of training (running at heart rate) and so we can slowly build up to prevent injuries. 

Also, I would like to ask you when you have started running and upload your run on Strava to tag me (@listacoaching) in it. This is not required, but very much appreciated! Or posting a photo/story or Instagram is also always very much appreciated 😊
