Important stretches

I cannot repeat it enough: stretch, stretch and again STRETCH!

This is super important to keep your muscles supple and thus also prevent injuries. I personally think the ideal time is before bed (there is a lot of scientific debate about when exactly is the ‘ideal’ timeā€¦).

Why?

Because then your muscles are completely relaxed before bedtime and you also suddenly start having a better night’s rest.
